My “setback” over the weekend was unexpected. I had once made countless promises and commitments to myself, that I would never fall into temptation, but it happened nonetheless.

Today, I am choosing to recommit to myself once again. To believe that once fallen, twice fallen, third tripping, doesn’t mean that I should or will stay down. I will continue climbing up and walking forward into the person that I want to be.

There are no mistakes – only lessons. See setbacks as opportunities for personal expansion and spiritual growth. (Robin Sharma)

In making a promise to myself to focus on self-love, I am giving myself this chance of being gentle to myself (dropping the self-blame and internal criticisms) while I am healing, realigning, and reintegrating.

I am also putting out an intention that this core issue be allowed to reveal itself to be healed completely once and for all.

To everyone that is holding this space, thank you and lots of love and gratitude to you
