Life is full of amazing little journeys – some expected, some necessary, some bring us to our feet, and others to our knees. Still, continue to walk your journey.

Life is going to bring you many people – some are awesome and friendly and nice, some less so and nasty you know. Still, continue to respect, honor, appreciate and love everyone that comes into and through your life.

Life is dotted with many many challenges – you will struggle, you will complain, and you will break down. Still, continue to dance with these challenges and break through them.

There is an inner wisdom inside that guides you home, no matter where you go, no matter what you do, no matter who you become. Listen to the quiet little voice inside! It knows.

Move your body and stretch your mind! There’s so many things you can do, and so many more things you can learn. So start, start from today and never stop. Treat today like the start of the rest of your life.

Be compassionate, appreciative, and understanding: just as you need that, others need it too. Lets share and heal together – start the (healing) ball rolling, and don’t let it drop!

Love and nourish your body with wholesome food. Drink lots of water, and lovely tea. You are what you consume; choose vitality.

Take some time each day to be silent, to turn inwards and contemplate the day… reflect how you have responded to the events of the day, and what can be better. Learn to learn, on a day to day. This way, you cultivate yourself.

Trust. Trust that Life will rise up to meet you in everything you do, wherever you go, and whoever you show up as. Trust that you are more than good enough for your life, this Life.

Keep breathing. Keep centered. Keep a laser focus on your vision and dreams. Keep learning and growing. Keep moving forward to becoming the person you were always meant to be. Keep being, Ian.
