Day 78/100: completing the coactive fulfillment weekend, I feel grateful and in reverence

It was such an honor to be able to learn and grow with this group of amazing 28 human beings over this weekend in fulfillment. To be able to get clarity on who we were and what we stand for, its been really a gift.

And i’m so grateful to have had this experience of deepening my learning as a coach, to get in touch with what it means to live out a fulfilling life of purpose for myself – and getting to declare that I am the compassionate leader that inspires a better world, one dream at a time.

When we get connected to what truly inspires us and declare that to the world, it resonates and joins us to amplify our impact.

Such a beautiful and amazing weekend of sharing in the community with this group of friends, and of bonding like family. I’m a good kind of tired, and I look forward to continuing this coaching journey with them in April and beyond.

To them and to us: may we continue to be this light that illuminates our world, and may we shine and call forth the inner beauty of everyone we meet. May we make a bigger difference through our life purpose, and create a Life thats fulfilling and honors our highest values. May we live from our Inner Leader, and never lose sight of who we are. And may we always remember, that we are powerful beyond measure.

Awareness Question: who do I choose to be, tomorrow?

Day 77/100: getting in touch with my source and also coaching my client, I feel fulfilled

The word today is permission.

When we were led on the inner journey to (re)discover our inner leader – the part of us thats wise, compassionate, fully resourceful, and courageous – I reconnected with my source. And it was a beautiful experience that caused tears to come flooding…

There was this sense of love that was deeper than the ocean, a reverence thats higher than the sky, and a permission to be who I really am thats as wide as the world. And it was all accepting. And source gave me the gift of permission: that I can stop hiding myself away, and start showing up more fully in Life.

When we grow ourselves into bigger and more authentic versions of ourselves, we give others the permission to do the same. We then get a chance of making the world larger and more real – when we give permission for us to be totally human.

And coaching my colleague on fulfillment was amazingly fulfilling for me – it was such an experience to be able to surrender to the process, get curious, co-discover with her, and give her the choice to decide where she wants to go, what she’s taking away from the session, her learning and growth, and her action.

Tell me again what empowerment means 😉

Awareness Question: how would the gift of permission honor my value of authentic wellbeing?
